What is Kickstarter?

It is a Crowdfunding platform that allows our customers to help bring products to life by pre-ordering it at a special discount.

Why do we use it?

As a small business, we have limited ability to fund the large minimum quantities required on the unique products we design. So we need your help to fund the first production run and this mean your the first in the world to get it!

Is it safe?

We have launched 3 successful Kickstarter campaigns and delivered them all on time. So as long as we exist, we will be sure you will get your gear.

When will I get the order?

When the campaign finished we take the funds and go make the product. The time that this takes will show on your 'Pledge' level before you order.

How does it work:

Step 1: Setup Your Kickstarter Account

Before you start, make sure that you’re signed up and logged into your Kickstarter account. If you don’t have one yet, you can sign up for one here.

Step 2: Select Your Reward

Choose your reward tier by clicking 'Pledge'. This is the product you would like to order.

These are offered at different prices depending on how early you support the project.

Step 3: Add-Ons

On the next page, you can include any 'add-ons' that we have available.

Step 4: Enter Payment Details

When ready, enter your payment details and check the box confirming that you understand that rewards aren’t guaranteed. To complete your pledge, click the “Pledge" button.

Payment: You will not be charged until the campaign has ended and can cancel your pledge at anytime before this.
Shipping: This will be charged through our website closer to the shopping time so we can get you the best deal.

Step 5: Next Steps

Once your pledge has gone through, you should receive a confirmation email confirming that you are now a backer of the project. Your card will then be charged once it ends.

When we get closer to shipping time, we will send you an order confirmation so you can pay your shipping and enter your address.
